Project Justice" for the Dreamcast

Prize pool:

Time: 2pm-4pm, saturday

+  Japanese "Inverted Trials" pair containing "III" & "IV"
+  Aya Matsura's "Double Rainbow"
"Welcome to Pia Carrot 2!! DX" mook
+  Pinky Street figurine
+  Keroro doll ("Military Cadet Keroro")
+  Kenshin doll ("Kenshin the Wonderer")
+  Toru doll ("Fruits Basket")
+  "Haruhi" trump set
+  "Cardcaptor Sakura" origami set
+  "Doraemon" fan

-  The top four people get prizes.  After the winners are done deciding on what prize to get, the remaining prizes will be donated to charity.  The semi-final losers have to battle for third before the finals.  Your ranking determines your position of what prize you choose in the prize pool, though the winner gets to choose first and gets a small Hinata figurine.

-  The limit is thirty-two people.  Your bracket position is determined by what slot you place your name in.  If you place your name in slot three for example, your opponent in the first round will be the person in slot thirty.

-  Format: obviously, this will be in arcade mode (so that people don't cheat in regards of the handicap issue).  Each match will be best of three battles.  You have to reach two matches to move on.  Also, because lots of people will flock to anything that is free, this is single-elimination.  So, if you lose the two matches in a round, unless you are in the semi-finals, you are out.

-  In regards of choosing sides, if neither player can come to an agreement, they have to go through a rock-paper-scissors bout before starting.

-  You can't perform Kyosuke's air glitch. (The quarter-circle forward with both kicks trick if you don't know.) The penalty is one match.

-  You can't choose the omake characters.  The penalty is one match too.

-  Don't do anything foolish or the heads will take away your badge and you will obviously suffer severe consequences.

-  After the tournament is done, no more matches will be conducted.
