Ladies, lords, and gentlefolk of FanimeCon! Tonight is your opportunity to bring out the debonair tuxedos, spectacular ball gowns, and exquisite formal cosplays for an evening of ballroom dancing! Black & White Ball is extending an invitation to all attendees to don their formal wear and join us this Sunday to celebrate our 11th anniversary by dancing the night away!
Not sure how to dance? Don’t know the difference between a Foxtrot and a Salsa? We have lessons all weekend and are here to help. All lessons are on a first come, first served basis, ranging from Argentine Tango to the Tokyo Polka, so sign up early! Lesson sessions will be held all weekend long leading up to the ball, morning to evening. We even have lessons planned for Sunday before the ball! Come join us in the Marriott San Jose Ballroom and learn how to dance!
Don’t have any formal wear ready? Idris’ Closet is here to act as your formal wear fairy godmother for the evening! All proceeds from Idris’ Closet will got the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and they can be found all weekend in Willow Glen 2 and 3 in the Marriott hotel.
If formal wear isn’t your style or you want the chance to practice what you’ve learned in the dance lessons, then come to our Decompression Dance Party on Saturday! Whether you want to dance or just relax with friends, this informal event does not require formal clothings but heels must still be in accordance with the dress code. The Decompression Dance Party will be on Saturday from 10:00 pm – 12:00 am in the Marriott San Jose Ballroom.
So join us on Sunday at 6:00 pm in the Marriott San Jose Ballroom for a night to remember! Visit https://www.fanime.com/events/#black-and-white-ball to find out more, and we look forward to seeing you there!
