What is a Fan Event?
The idea of Fan Events is for you, the fans, to be able to put on events that are not possible in a FanimeCon Panel Room. FanimeCon Panels have a fixed layout: panelists on stages with tables, chairs for the audience, and a screen for presentation. This layout is fixed and cannot be altered from panel to panel.
The layout is great for when you go to see panelists and suits the tight FanimeCon Panels schedule, but it’s not so great for events that require more audience participation, movement, and activity. Don’t worry because this is where we, Fan Events, come in.
Fan Events are just that – fun events that require a different or more versatile space.
Perfect, right? We think so too.
How Can I Submit a Fan Event?
You have the idea and we may have the power! You’re now wondering how this wonderful combination can come together.

Please note that the submission deadline for Fan Events 2024 is March 31st, 2024. We want to make your event happen, but we’ll need time to look over your requests and requirements to see if we can find an appropriate and available location for hosting your event. Try to submit earlier if you can!
