General Registration

This is the simplest way to find all the necessary information for all the various registration processes for FanimeCon. Badges are the first step to enjoying the convention and they are necessary for all attendees, dealers, industry, and press. So long as you have a badge of your own, you can enjoy everything FanimeCon has to offer!

COVID-19 Policies

All attendees must show proof of vaccination and a photo ID when picking up their badges. Please see our COVID-19 page for more information on how FanimeCon is verifying everyone’s vaccine status.

When you arrive at FanimeCon, you will need to make your way to the Hilton side of the convention center to enter the building. From there, you will see signs directing you to the Vaccination Check area. Line up in the designated area and wait for your turn to get your Vaccination information verified. When you have been successfully verified, you will be able to get in line to pick up your badge from registration. 

On the Marriott side of the convention center is our Accessibility Vaccination Check. If you are unable to wait in the main vaccination check line, you may get your vaccination verified here as well.

Once you have your badge, you can use any of the building entrances to enter FanimeCon.

Lost Badge Policy

In the event that you lose or misplace your badge, please check with Lost & Found to see if it has been found and returned. If your badge has not been returned, then you may request a replacement badge at the cost of half of your original ticket purchase price. If you lose or misplace your badge a second time (assuming it has not been returned to Lost & Found), you will be charged the full price for a badge replacement. A replacement badge will invalidate your original badge, and there are NO refunds for your replacement badge if you should find your original badge.

Attendee Registration

Attendees can only take part in the convention’s activities so long as they hold an attendee badge. You can purchase a FanimeCon badge through our online registration and pick it up at the convention.
