Autographs

FanimeCon has designated a special area for our attendees and Guests of Honor to create cherished memories and obtain autographs. Below you’ll find the schedule with the times and locations where our Guests of Honor will sign autographs and information on how to sign up for autograph sessions. Your spot in line will be randomly drawn on the day of the session, and you’ll be given an arrival time. Remember, these people are our guests and should be treated with the utmost respect. Kindness and smiles go a long way! Have fun and enjoy your time with this year’s Guests of Honor!

Rules

  1. Autographs are not guaranteed.
  2. Attendees may only line up after their call time as indicated via email or SMS.
  3. If an attendee’s number has passed and they are not in line at the respective autograph session room, they will have forfeited their spot in the line.
  4. Attendees will only be allowed to have one item signed per trip through the autograph line. Some autograph sessions will be limited to one trip per attendee.
  5. Attendees are only allowed to get in line for themselves.
  6. Attendees are not allowed to swap number cards with another person.
  7. When getting out of line for any reason, please notify the Autographs staff member managing the line and return your number card to them.
  8. Please observe any session-specific policies, especially those regarding the use of cameras and video.
  9. Lines may be limited/capped as deemed necessary by FanimeCon staff. Even if you have a number in line, autographs are not guaranteed.
  10. Standby lines may be formed in the event that an autograph session is capped.
  11. FanimeCon Autographs and Guest Relations staff reserve the right to amend this policy as necessary.

How It Works

Signing Up for a Session:

You will be asked for your badge number, name, and email for confirmation purposes when signing up for an autograph session. This information must match the information you used when registering for your FanimeCon badge. Then you may select the sessions you wish to sign up for. The sign-up period for each session closes two hours before it starts.

After Signing Up:

Once you submit your information, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions to follow. After you complete the instructions in the confirmation email, you will be entered into the drawing(s) for your spot in line for each autograph session selected.

Each drawing will occur shortly after the sign-up period closes, at which point you will receive another email notifying you of your spot and when you should return to the Autographs area. You will also receive an SMS notification at this point with the same information as the email if you entered your phone number into the form during sign-up.

Checking in for Your Session:

Upon returning to Autographs, you will proceed to have your badge checked to receive a number card indicating your spot in line. Autographs staff will use this to organize the line and will collect it from you when you reach the front of the line during the autograph session or if you leave the Autographs area for any reason.

After all those who signed up have gone through a session, depending on various session factors, we may have time available to take walk-ins. If you were not able to sign up for a session, you are welcome to visit us and inquire about walk-in spots for a session. This is case-dependent and not at all guaranteed.

Meet and Greet Sessions

Our VTuber Guest of Honor, Mint Fantôme, will be holding two Meet and Greet sessions at FanimeCon 2026. The Meet and Greet sessions will take place in Autographs but will operate slightly differently from a standard Autograph Session – the process for signing up is the same, but Mint Fantôme will not be physically signing any items and will not be selling merchandise. Please see the Rules and How It Works sections to understand the drawing process and other general rules for our Autographs Department. In addition, the following rules apply to Mint Fantôme’s Meet and Greet sessions.

  1. Mint Fantôme will not be physically signing any items nor selling merchandise.
  2. When it is your turn, you will have two (2) minutes to have a conversation with Mint Fantôme.
  3. There are no special restrictions on photos/videos during your session, but please be respectful of other attendees and staff.
  4. Controversial topics are not allowed during the Meet and Greet, including, but not limited to: politics, religion, foreign relations, private topics, other VTuber agencies, etc.
  5. Once your time is up, please be respectful of other attendees and leave the area.
  6. Gifts will not be accepted.
  7. Meeting Mint Fantôme is not guaranteed. All other Autographs rules apply.

Meet the Guests

Meet the Guests is an exclusive event on Sunday, May 24, 2026, where select FanimeCon attendees are able to get intimate with Guests of Honor and chat with them over some light appetizers. For a chance to schmooze with your favorite Guest of Honor, make sure to attend our Guest of Honor panels on Friday, May 22, 2026 and Saturday, May 23, 2026, where you might be lucky enough to get your hands on tickets!
