QUIZ GAME has been the official game show of FanimeCon for over two decades and running! We’ve given away hundreds of dollars in cash during past shows, and we’re looking to do it again in 2026!

Contestants are quizzed on a medley of topics across anime, games, and general knowledge. Do you know who uses the stand “Hermit Purple”? What about Katsuki Bakugo’s quirk? Or who’s the voice of Shadow the Hedgehog in the Sonic 3 movie?  A single round could leap from Bleach to Bayonetta to BTS. You never know what nerdy knowledge of yours could come in handy!

Each hour-long show switches up the gameplay format, which means exciting new challenges and twists you won’t want to miss. Some games reward fast buzzer-beating reflexes, while others call for careful attention to detail. There are picture rounds, category rounds, spelling rounds, and maybe even a drawing round or two… Hey, we never said this would be easy!

To enter, just show up! We select contestants directly from the audience, even in the middle of the show. Contestants can win great prizes and hard cash — plus, each day concludes with a jackpot round.

This round features FanimeCon’s Guests of Honor as celebrity contestants — who will not only be competing for the glory of besting their fellow guests, but also playing to win prizes for selected members of the audience! Don’t miss the fun and laughter when these fan-favorite contestants face off in even more unique challenges!
