Scheduling Cosplay Gatherings in 2026

Steps to Request an Official 2026 FanimeCon Cosplay Gathering:

  1. Check the forum pages* for others who intend to host your chosen gathering.
  2. If no post exists for your gathering, register for a username and post your gathering as instructed in the pinned threads on “How to Make Your Official Cosplay Gathering Thread.”
    • If registering for a new username, make sure you follow all registration instructions to ensure timely completion of your registration. You will not be able to post or reply to other posts until you are registered.
  3. Submit your request when the Cosplay Gathering application opens.
  4. Check back in on your forum post and *bump* it to the top every few weeks so that we know you’re still intending to host it.
  5. Await either a confirmation email or an email requesting more information in the event of time conflicts or duplicate gatherings requests.
