As part of our 25th Silver Anniversary, we’d like to announce something new and exciting coming to our DoubleTree location! Introducing Silver Island, a mature destination: a place where you can enjoy all the exclusive adult (18+) programming you might desire!

To visit Silver Island, step aboard the shuttle service provided 24 hours a day during the convention to the DoubleTree Hotel with an increase in frequency during Silver Island’s operating hours of 8:00 pm to 2:00 am, Friday through Sunday.

Days/Hours for ALL Programming: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 8:00 pm – 2:00 am

Host Your Cosplay Gathering Officially with FanimeCon: Sign-Ups Open

Our Cosplay Gatherings Submission Form is live! If you would like to host your own Cosplay Gathering, please fill out the form below. If you have questions please send us an email at Gatherings@fanime.com!

The perks of an official FanimeCon gathering:

  • Dedicated space and time that is advertised and printed in our guidebooks
  • A dedicated photographer for your gathering
  • Staff assistance if you would like it
  • A certificate of appreciation (because we can’t do this without you!)

Please have this information ready when you fill out your form:

  • Name of the gathering (Please use the title of the show/series/video game)
  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Desired locations and times: There is a map available on the form page. Our gathering location numbers last changed in 2017, so please double check if you are unsure!

The last day to submit your gathering or make changes will be April 29th, 2019!

FanimeCon 2019 Artist Alley Registration Officially Open

Attention Artists!

FanimeCon’s Artist Alley is open, and will be accepting applications for the 2019 convention from Friday, September 28 at 12:00PM PST to Monday, October 1 at 8:00PM PST.

FanimeCon 2019 Artist Alley Signup Website

No payments or seller’s permits will be needed at this time. FanimeCon uses a jury system to choose its participants for the Artist Alley. This submission is only to collect your registration information and your submissions for the jury process. Once this process has been completed, you will receive a notification from Artist Alley staff on the status of your submission.

If you are chosen to participate, we will notify you as to when you can continue the registration process. Typically this process includes:

  • Seller’s Permit information.
  • Table payment.
  • Proof of full convention pass purchase.

We hope that you will apply to be in our Artist Alley and will be given the opportunity to show at FanimeCon 2019!

Please note:

  • All applicants will need to be over 18 years of age at the start of the convention – May 23rd, 2019.
  • Artists wanting to share a table at the convention MUST to apply together.
  • Applications will be reviewed and approved through a jury system, and will need to have 3-5 links for sample images of what they intend to offer at the convention.
  • Table displays will be limited to a maximum of six feet above the top of the table, and may not extend past the confines of the 72”x30” table.

There is no helper registration. Helpers will be processed at the convention.
